Azzure window

The official global website of New7Wonders is promoting the Azure Window to be nominated as one of the new seven wonders of the World. San Lawrenz Local Council and the Goverment of Malta is supporting this nomination.     We have just come back from a super holiday in Malta. The weather was great, warm and sunny, not too hot. We hired a car from Drifter Car Hire, their prices were very reasonable and they gave us a great little car. The staff is super, very helpful and gave us loads of information and tips. I would recommend Drifter Car Hire to any one who is going to visit Malta.

    I have lived in England and have recently moved to live in Malta. I love being in Malta. It's such a beautiful place and there's a relaxed atmosphere. People in Malta are very sociable and very friendly. The weather is of course beautiful and I can't wait for the very warm weather to start so I can enjoy the many lovely beaches here. And of course the local beer!!

    Isle of MTV Malta 2009 - acts announced

    Edition of the Isle of MTV mega concert was announced by Parliamentary Secretary Dr Mario De Marco. This yearÂ’s event will take place on the 8th of July and like last year will be the fitting closure to the Malta Music Week. Isle of MTV Malta 2009 - acts announced

    MP's football team presented with Sheffield United FC shirts

    sporting the Maltese Cross and the visitmalta.com logo, kindly donated by Sheffield United FC (SUFC). The presentation was made by SUFC sponsors, the Malta Tourism Authority on behalf of the club, represented by the Chairman Mr Sam Mifsud and CEO Mr Josef Formosa Gauci. Present on behalf of the MP's football team were members of parliament Carmelo Abela, David Agius and Gino Cauchi.
